Red Summer Tape - "Five Man Army"
Red Summer Tape was born in Rome during the summer of 2005. In the first half of 2006 their music started to pour out of the rehearsing room, with a five-song EP entitled "Three Seasons Of Summer". The EP was self-released and sold out quickly during their shows in 2006. In 2007 they recorded four new songs for a split cd released by Sin Records. During 2008 Red Summer Tape caught the attention of Radtone Music a japanese major label, that decided to release in Japan Red Summer Tape's first full length CD entitled "Moving At The Speed Of Light" in January of 2010. The album sold numerous products all over Japan, and gained great feedback from the Japanese people."Moving at the Speed of Light" was released worldwide in May of 2011 together with the videoclip for the hit song "The Speed of Light".
In 2012 Red Summer Tape found a new home at a rapid growing USA based indie label called City Street Records home to bands such as (An Honest Mistake, and A Reason To Breathe.) With a new label behind them and new music being written, Red Summer Tape will be releasing their newest single "Five Man Army" along with a brand new music video on City Street Records to bring the year to a close. Red Summer Tape has toured across the UK, Russia, and Ukraine with local, regional, and international bands. Red Summer Tape is looking forward to do an extensive amount of touring, and releasing their new album entitled "Eargasm" in 2013.
